The Arkansas Department of Health will hold three (3)
public hearings on January 29, 2009, in Room #2508 of
the Department of Health building at 4815 West Markham,
Little Rock, Arkansas, to allow interested persons to
comment on the proposed adoption of the following rules
and regulations.
New Regulations pertaining to Health Facility Infection
Disclosure pursuant to Act 845 of 2007
Public Hearing: 9:00 a.m., January 29, 2009
Copies of the proposed Rules and Regulations will be
available for public inspection and copying at the Center
for Health Protection, 2nd Floor North, at the
Department of Health.
The public may submit written comments no later than 8:00
a.m. on January 29 to James Phillips, M.D., Chief,

Amended Regulations pertaining to the Control of
Communicable Diseases – Tuberculosis pursuant to Act 313 of
2007
Public Hearing: 10:00 a.m., January 29, 2009
Copies of the proposed Rules and Regulations will be
available for public inspection and copying at the
Tuberculosis Section, 4th Floor South, at the
Department of Health.
The public may submit written comments no later than 8:00
